The Royal Melbourne is one of Victoria’s largest hospitals providing a comprehensive range of health services including acute, sub-acute, general, and specialist medical services throughout inpatient and community based facilities. We are also a proud part of the world renowned Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, working in collaboration to advance research for continuous improvement of clinical care.
We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Diabetes & Endocrinology team. This is a Part Time position, working 16 hours per fortnight, based at Royal Melbourne Hospital, City Campus.
Your Opportunity:
- Leading clinical role within the Department of Diabetes & Endocrinology, Clinical Nutrition, Melbourne Health
- Provides expert advice in areas of complex clinical care across a variety of settings encompassing Diabetes & Endocrinology ambulatory and inpatient care
- Apply Models Evidence Based Practice (EBP) principles to ensure that these are embedded in areas of clinical expertise and more broadly, to Allied Health practices within MH
About You:
- Grade 3 Dietitian (7 years clinical experience)
- Demonstrated ability to provide expert clinical service and supervision
- Capacity to engage and provide leadership in matters relating to research, including grant applications, scientific publications and oral and poster presentations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
