This position is integral to supporting the administration services located at the Inner West Community Services in Moonee Ponds and The Royal Melbourne Hospital.

- Perform effective administration tasks and support the team
- Capacity to deliver web editing, updating and creating online resources on the intranet
- Provide administration support to staff across all programs
- Manage service databases and provide reports as required - KPI’s and targets set within Melbourne Health and NWMH guidelines and Policy and procedures
- Support the quality and service improvements of the executive administration team as required.
Your contribution
- Experienced in developing and maintaining efficient administration office systems
- Intermediate to advanced level in MS Office software programs including Excel and Access
- Skilled prioritising workloads, coordinating tasks and working to deadlines
- Confident to perform with limited direct supervision within a dual structure
- Able to relieve switchboard for breaks, annual leave and sick leave as rostered
- Past administrative experience within a hospital or health setting would be advantageous
