Immigration Consultant

We are seeking a registered Migration Agent to join our Recruitment Services team as Immigration Coordinator.  Working alongside our current Immigration Coordinator, you will support the delivery of end to end Immigration and AHPRA services activities across The Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH).


As we continue to provide a recruitment pathway for international healthcare professionals, this role is crucial to support our international recruits with a seamless relocation to Australia and the RMH in a timely, efficient and professional manner.  You will be provided with on the job training, and have a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop your career within our growing immigration team.

Your new role


You will work alongside our current Immigration Coordinator to achieve the following

  • Facilitate the delivery of end to end Immigration and AHPRA services.
  • Ensure timely processing of skilled workers Nomination applications.
  • Provide accurate legislative advice to candidates and internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure a compliant and enabling Immigration service.
  • Deliver innovative process improvement initiatives that add value to the business.

About you

  • Registered Migration Agent with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority.
  • Experience in end to end Immigration case file management.
  • Proactive and customer focused able to manage priorities through to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Immigration legislation and requirements.
  • Ability to identify emerging issues and potential risks and provide clear and accurate advice.
  • Bachelor of Laws Degree or working towards desirable not essential.
