We are building on a successful delivery of innovative mental health nursing programs – a short course graduate program for registered nurses division 1 and an enrolled nurse transition program. Both programs are aimed at giving recently qualified graduates a supportive transition into an acute mental health environment. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to work with the Senior Nurse for Education and Workforce Development to coordinate the programs.
Your Contribution:
The role will, in conjunction with the Senior Psychiatric Nurse for Education, plan and coordinate the delivery and evaluation of both programs for NWMH.
The preferred candidate will have:
- Well developed computer skills
- Extensive clinical experience
- Ability to identify educational and developmental opportunities for graduate and post graduate nurses
- Recent experience of working with undergraduate/graduate/post graduate nurses
- Marketing skills
