Grade 3 Physiotherapist- Inpatient Orthopaedics

 

  • Full Time permanent position, Parkville City Campus based.
  • Orthopaedic Inpatient Team Leader.
  • Provide Physiotherapy service, clinical supervision and education of students and junior Physiotherapists.

Your New Role

  • Provide clinical excellence across RMH orthopaedic, rheumatology and trauma inpatient services and preadmission clinic.
  • Be part of an experience team of trauma, orthopaedic & musculoskeletal senior Physiotherapists.
  • Provide supervision and education of Grade 2 Physiotherapists and junior physiotherapists and support our clinical education programs.
  • Develop our staff and advance our services across Physiotherapy and Allied Health.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership to the physiotherapy service across orthopaedic inpatients to ensure evidence based best practice and contemporary models of care.

  • Clinical expert in orthopaedic inpatients.

  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experiences in driving quality improvement and/or research activities.
