Your Opportunity:

  • AC3 is a 24 bed Geriatric Evaluation and Management (GEM) unit
  • Work with the nursing and multi-disciplinary team and families to ensure a safe and appropriate discharge
  • We offer a progressive and rewarding environment for those passionate about Geriatric Evaluation and management (GEM).

About You:

  • Enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurse
  • Compassionate care of people, respecting all ages and cultural backgrounds.
  • Team player, flexible and  adaptable to work within a multidisciplinary team in a fast paced Geriatric evaluation and Management unit (GEM)
