About the Role:
The Security Officer is responsible for the security of staff, patients, visitors, buildings and hospital assets located at the Royal Melbourne Hospital of both the City and Royal Park Campus. The Royal Melbourne Hospital Security Department services both the City Campus and The Royal Park Campus and all applicants will be required to be available to work at either campus.

The successful applicant will have:
• Good personal presentation
• Positive attitude
• An eye for detail
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• The ability to work unsupervised.
• Flexibility with regards to shift patterns.
• A current vehicle licence.
• A current Level 3 security licence.

Previous experience in a hospital setting and basic computer skills would be an advantage.
