Who are we looking for:

We are seeking experienced sleep scientists for 4hr evening setup and/or 10hr overnight monitoring shifts on the weekends, Fri – Sun night.   

 

Setup shifts will require you to receive patients to the sleep disorders unit and apply sensors for polysomnographic recordings.

You will also have to fit CPAP masks and provide education for the patients.

 

Overnight duties will require you to ensure good quality recordings and titrate CPAP and O2.

 An understanding of Arterial Blood Gas results and continuous TcCO2 monitoring is desirable.

 

We are a NATA accredited sleep laboratory and as such you are expected to take part in an inter-scorer reliability program and maintain a passing grade.
