A Job To Be Proud Of: 

  • Join our team as an Administration Officer
  • Work with our databases, local health records and statewide and local information management systems to enter data and register consumers
  • Prepare and scan information to the health records
  • Provision of a customer-focused reception and switchboard function for the team
  • Various other administration tasks to support the functioning of the wider team

Your Contribution:

  • Professional and courteous in all interactions
  • Excellent communication skills and have plenty of initiative
  • Placing strong value on being part of a team but are able to work autonomously 
  • Excellent computer and organisational skill
  • A quick learner
  • Demonstrated experience with telephone reception or switchboard
  • Prior administration experience in a hospital or health setting
  • The ability to provide a broad range of administrative tasks
