Experienced Occupational Therapists, with a strong background in mental health practice are invited to apply for this professionally challenging senior leadership position within a growing area of practice.
About the Role:
The successful applicant will provide clinical leadership, and occupation focused consultancy, together with the management of a limited caseload of consumers with complex issues (0.4EFT clinical load) within the community mental health team. The wider role within the program includes provision of clinical supervision and leadership to Occupational Therapists across the community teams. Participation in and contribution to a variety of activities and discipline specific portfolios will be expected in partnership with the Chief Occupational Therapist.
An applicant with a commitment to Occupational, Persons Centric and Community Models of practice and a strong interest in under/post graduate student education is sought. A current driver’s licence is essential.
