The Royal Melbourne is one of Victoria’s largest hospitals providing a comprehensive range of health services including acute, sub-acute, general, and specialist medical services throughout inpatient and community based facilities. We are also a proud part of the world renowned Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, working in collaboration to advance research for continuous improvement of clinical care.


We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Payroll team. This is a Full Time ongoing position, working 80 hours per fortnight with Monthly ADOs, based at North Melbourne.  

 

Your Opportunity:

The role will suit a dedicated professional who is seeking a full time payroll position in the public health sector with 3-5 years’ experience in payroll.


This role is responsible for providing:

  • Accurate, timely and efficient payroll services for existing financial shared services customers and outsourced customers.  

About You:

  • End to End payroll experience
  • Sound numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience working within a large team environment with shared services responsibilities
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Competent with Microsoft products
  • Proven ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner
  • Customer Service experience

Candidates with 3-5 years Payroll operations experience in the public health sector is desirable.
