Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the Fundraising Coordinator, the Events Assistant is responsible for a range of tasks relating to upcoming Royal Melbourne Hospital (RMH) Foundation Events, including the annual online auction.

  • Writing and designing promotional content
  • Procuring donations and prizesfor the annual online auction
  • Supporting the team with event administration tasks
  • Answering event specific phone and email enquiries

About You: 

  • Completed or currently studying a marketing or events qualification
  • Demonstrated events or customer service experience
  • Exceptional written and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines
