This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a unique team working across the whole of life and whole of continuum of care - an innovative service constantly striving to improve. This is for an experienced clinician who thinks outside the square and brings their compassion into every interaction. The person we seek believes Wellness and Recovery is possible for every person.


This is full time ongoing position, 80 hours per fortnight, with an ADO based at Broadmeadows and Craigieburn with occasional travel to Coburg to take up discipline responsibilities.

Your typical day will include:

  • Checking in with team members
  • Reviewing screening registers for your consumer group and checking phone messages
  • Reviewing the files for the appointments you have during the day and liaising with medical staff as needed
  • Seeing consumers and their families and discussing their progress towards their goals, undertaking some stress management with them, providing some tailored psychoeducation, problemsolving and supporting them to contact services/businesses to get their needs met
  • Communicating outcomes to the team

Your Experience

  • You are an compassionate communicator
  • You have close to or more than 2 years post graduate experience
  • You have interested in preserving the good mental health of people regardless of their starting
