We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our recruitment team. This is an exciting time for us as we continually look for ways to improve the way we partner with the business and as we roll out new initiatives to improve to the overall employment experience. The Role: 

  • Build relationships with Melbourne Health Managers, understanding their needs and providing coaching and support on HR process, policy and employment terms and conditions
  • Support hiring managers to execute and ensure best practice recruitment for the service
  • Prepare contracts of employment in line with relevant EBAs and legislation
  • Ensure data integrity relating to new hires and employment changes
  • Deliver process improvement initiatives that are innovative and impactful

About You: 

  • A customer focused and responsive approach to managing enquires and people
  • Proven experience in a HR Advisory capacity in a complex environment
  • Understanding of contemporary recruitment principles and practices
  • Ability to work within a fast paced, ever changing organisation
  • Knowledge and understanding of contemporary HR management practices
  • A skilled communicator with the ability to produce clear and accurate communication
