Program Manager CCU, PARC

  • Step-up into a Managerial position
  • Accountability managing Northern CCU and PARC Services
  • Full Time position, 80 hours per fortnight

About the role:

  • The Program Manager will be involved in a variety of activities that include both responsibility for all operational requirements of these programs and in consultation with the Consultant Psychiatrist, clinical oversight.
  • Work within NAMHS to ensure effective operation of the Northern CCU and PARC programs
  • Build and collaborate with families and carers and key partners in program development to achieve better outcomes in service delivery
  • Participate in leadership groups of the service, project development, quality activities, strategic planning and fiscal management

About you:

  • Ambitious current, or aspiring manager of a mental health program
  • Minimum of seven years post qualification nursing experience
  • Committed to working in partnership with like-minded organisations
  • Passionate about recovery in mental health and ensuring services are of the highest quality and relevance to the people that receive our service
