A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within the Executive Office at Melbourne Health.

 

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and exceptionally organised person to join our small Executive Assistant team based at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, City Campus (Parkville).

 

Salary package of $70K + super

Commencing in August 2016 and reporting to the Executive Director, People & Culture you will be primarily responsible for:

  • Providing support and exceptional administrative assistance to the Executive Director Clinical Governance and Medical Services and the Directors of Medical Governance
  • Complex diary and email management
  • Preparing reports and submissions
  • Meeting preparation and attendance for the purpose of taking minutes.
  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Working with the Executive Office Team to ensure a high degree of professional support for the organization

To be suitable for this role the successful applicant must:

  • Have outstanding personal and communication skills
  • Be able to multi-task and prioritise conflicting requests
  • Have a demonstrated ability to handle confidential information
  • Be able work autonomously with minimal direction
  • Have a demonstrated commitment to teamwork and an ability to think outside the square
  • Have Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a senior PA within a professional service is an advantage
