Your Opportunity:


We are inviting Doctors to continue their training with Royal Melbourne Hospital in 2022 in either a PGY 2 General, PGY 2 Surgery or Medical (BPT1) Stream. Our positions deliver an extensive array of education, support, training and professional development. 


RMH can assist you in deciding on your future pathway and have a strong commitment to supporting you through all training requirements and exam preparation. The large number of rotations on offer will allow you to concentrate on your areas of interest while further developing as a junior doctor and honing your clinical skills.

Your Application:


This position is part of the Allocation and Placement Service (APS) coordinated by PMCV. Refer to PMCV website for Allocation and Placement Service (APS) guidelines and dates, and register with PMCV APS. https://allocations.pmcv.com.au/


In addition to meeting the APS eligibly criteria and completing your application through the APS system, you will also need to apply directly to the Royal Melbourne Hospital by uploading your resume, cover letter and ensure you note your preferred stream when asked.


Please note that PGY3 General and Surgical Stream positions are being advertised separately as they are appointed prior to the match.
