NorthWestern Mental Health (NWMH) is currently recruiting Enrolled Nurses, who are either recently qualified or new to working in public mental health, to take part in our Enrolled Nurse Transition to Mental Health Nursing Practice program. The transition program offers a professional development pathway that gives Enrolled Nurses a supported transition into Mental Health Nursing and prepares them for ongoing employment opportunities.

 

If you are an Enrolled Nurse, interested in Mental Health Nursing, are newly qualified or want to move into Mental Health Nursing and are finding it difficult to get an opportunity to work in a Mental Health setting because of lack of experience then this program could be for you.

 

A Job to Be Proud Of:

During the program you will be employed in one of our Adult or Youth Services. The program is run over 12 months and includes planned and supported professional development activities that are followed by a period of clinical skill consolidation.
