The Royal Melbourne is one of Victoria’s largest hospitals providing a comprehensive range of health services including acute, sub-acute, general, and specialist medical services throughout inpatient and community based facilities. We are also a proud part of the world renowned Melbourne Biomedical Precinct, working in collaboration to advance research for continuous improvement of clinical care.


We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Social Work team. This is a Full Time permanent position, based at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.


Your Opportunity:

  • Provide clinical excellence and social work service within the acute service.
  • Be part of and contribute to a dynamic and progressive Social Work team
  • Foster positive team and workplace culture as an experienced Grade 2 clinician.

About You:

  • You are able to deliver excellent social work patient focussed clinical care to patients and carers.
  • You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You have the experience and skills to mentor and supervise junior staff
