Full Time/ Part Time Substantive Consultant Psychiatrist

OYH currently has vacancies which would be suitable for recently graduated or experienced psychiatrists.

The position is within Orygen Continuing Care, Orygen Acute teams, or the recently created Forensic Youth Mental Health Service. The appointee would be required to provide high standards of clinical care and appropriate supervision of trainees and medical officers. Participation in the afterhours senior roster is expected.

Qualifications:
The FRANZCP is preferred as formal supervision of trainee psychiatrists is a necessary part of the position. Full registration with the Medical Practitioners Board of Victoria is also required.

Salary:
As per the Australian Medical Association and Melbourne Health Specialists Agreement.
