HR Business Manager

Working collaboratively with key stakeholders including the executive and senior leadership team, you will provide innovative, strategic and practicable HR solutions in all aspects of Human Resource Management with a strong focus on strategic partnerships, leadership coaching and cultural change. 


About you

You present with a broad generalist skill set and outstanding leadership and partnering skills to achieve high performance standards and great customer outcomes.  This opportunity calls for someone who is able and ready to demonstrate the RMH values of People First, Leading with Kindness, and Excellence Together throughout service delivery and decisions.


Your experience in similar roles, underpinned by formal tertiary qualifications in HR/IR/ER/Business or similar, will complement your application.
