  • Full Time (with Monthly ADO)

Use your excellent forward planning and organisational skills to provide high quality administrative support to the Executive Director Finance and Logistics (CFO) and Executive Director People & Culture.

 

With a variety of duties and considerable liaison with stakeholders across Melbourne Health, this is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone who is seeking to make a significant contribution to the team and ensure our Executive Directors are supported to maximise their efficiency and effectiveness.

 

The Opportunity:

  • Complex diary management and co-ordination of the Executive Directors schedules
  • Prepare agendas, attend meetings, manage documentation, monitor and follow up
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • High level of confidence and capability working flexibly and working with technology
  • Maintain confidentiality and apply professional judgement at all times
  • Work collaboratively with other Executive EA’s and support with other ad hoc administrative duties as required
  • Acting as first point of contact to facilitate prompt action and flow of information

About You: 

  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant position, (ideally within a Finance function and with regular interaction with the Board of Directors)
  • Excellent MS Office skills and technologically savvy generally
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communications skills both verbal and written
  • A proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and competing tasks
  • The ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to demonstrate initiative and attention to detail
  • A commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
