- Part Time, Fixed Term Position, 64 hours per Fortnight (Until June 2020)
- Inner Melbourne location, close to Victoria Market
- This position would suit either a Registered Nurse (Grade 5), Grade 4 Social Worker Grade 4 Occupational Therapist or Grade 4 Psychologist

- Make a difference to people who are homeless by developing service pathways to improve their access to ongoing healthcare and housing
- Identify what works in developing acute health services for homeless people
- Build the service network both within the hospital and in the community
About You:
- An experienced and dynamic health practitioner who is ready to help us develop services for homeless people at the RMH
- Value based behaviour and leading by example
- Experience working with people with complex needs, and a desire to improve physical health outcomes for people experiencing homelessness
- High level of motivation, reliability and professional conduct
- Well-developed skills in writing, presentation and evaluation
