Customer Services Manager, Outpatients Department, Royal Melbourne Hospital.

 

We have a specialised team that requires an inspirational manager to take them to the next level of customer service.  Recently transformed, this group is open to continuous improvement and intently focused on providing excellence in customer care.

 

Under the direction of The Ambulatory Care Manager, the Customer Services Manager will provide operational direction in line with efficient management of human, financial and material resources in order to meet our goal of a timely and accountable service.   As a pivotal member of the leadership team they will also contribute to the environment of continuous professional development and staff support.

 

An ability to communicate effectively with the public and members of multidisciplinary teams is essential.
