An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and experienced Medical Receptionist to join the Radiology team at the Royal Melbourne Hospital Campus.
Responsibilities of the position include:
• Patient reception and registration of examinations
• Operation of Kestral (Radiology Information System)
• Liaise with relevant medical, radiographic and clerical staff to ensure the efficient
running of the reception area
• Operation of Department Switchboard
The successful applicant will have good attention to detail and excellent communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in a similar health care role would be viewed favourably.
