About You:

About the role:

  • Provide administrative support to the manager and clinical team
  • Responding to phone and email contacts with CEED
  • Entry into data management systems - CEED work and evaluation, and preparing reports
  • Operate the accounts and ordering system; in conjunction with CEED Manager
  • Oversee the organisation of the CEED offices and smooth functioning of processes
  • Work with CEED trainers in development of marketing and event management for CEED training.

Your Experience:

  • Experience and ability to provide a broad range of administrative functions
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software(Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and database management)
  • Knowledge & ability to assist and maintain administrative office systems and procedures
  • Experience working in assisting a service Manager, and following oral and written instructions

Selection Criteria Essential: Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE) or equivalent
Essential: Relevant experience and ability to provide a broad range of administrative functions
Essential: Advanced level of skills and ability with all Microsoft Office software: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint, Access and database management
Essential: Ability to work independently and/or limited supervision, proactively and demonstrate initiative in providing a professional service to visitors, clients and staff
Essential: Highly developed verbal, written communication and numeracy skills
Essential: Analytical and problem-solving skills
Essential: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and understanding the need for confidentiality and discretion
Essential: Knowledge & ability to assist and maintain administrative office systems and procedures
Essential: Ability to coordinate tasks, set priorities and work to time lines
Essential: Experience working in assisting a service Manager, and following oral and written instructions
Essential: Proven ability to contribute dynamically in a busy team environment work and cope with many and varied tasks.
Essential: A current Victorian driver’s license
Desirable: Appropriate certificate or diploma training in Business administration, Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business, Administration, Event Management or other relevant qualification highly regarded
Desirable: Experience working in a large, complex work environment and in a training, education, consultation or health setting is an advantage
Desirable: Medium level of skills with MS Publisher
Desirable: Experience with graphic design and webpage management will be highly regarded
Desirable: Demonstrated intermediate data analysis skills
