- We are seeking an enthusiastic Personal Assistant to join the Medicine and Community Care Administration team.
- Proven experience working in the Health sector is essential!
About the Role:
The role of the Personal Assistant is primarily required to carry our administrative functions in order to support the Divisional Director and Director of Nursing in the Division of Medicine and Community Care. The role will also encompass line management responsibilities for administration staff on both Royal Melbourne and Royal Park Campuses.
Other Key responsibilities include:
- Support Divisional Director and Director of Nursing in project management and development.
- Preparation of documentation and correspondence
- Typing of meetings and agendas
- Ordering of stationery and non stock items
- Taking incoming and outgoing phone calls
- Calendar and diary management
- Arrange meetings for the Divisional Director and Director of Nursing and Operations
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Email Management
-Oversight of Administrative staff
To be Successful in the Role:
You will need prior experience in both diary and meeting management. The role has recently been redesigned to provide support to the the Divisional Director and Director of Nursing with shared campus administration responsibilities.
