The Royal Melbourne is one of Victoria’s largest hospitals providing a comprehensive range of health services including acute, sub-acute, general, and specialist medical services throughout inpatient and community based facilities. We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our 5 North nursing team. This is a Fixed Term position, with various hours available up to Full Time. There is a potential for this position to become ongoing.
Your Opportunity:
- Care for patients with diverse gastroenterology and hepatology conditions
- Manage the pre and post-operative care of geriatric orthopaedic patients
- Be part of a supportive environment that works together to provide the best outcomes for all patients
About You:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- A minimum of 4 years of acute care experience as a registered nurse in Australia or similar health system e.g. NZ / UK / Ireland
- High motivation and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of reliability and professional conduct
