Fixed Term Position - 6 months with possibility for extension

The Opportunity

This newly created role will lead the delivery of the redevelopment and expansion masterplan of The RMH in the Parkville and Arden Urban Renewal Precinct. 

• Provide direction to stakeholders by defining the guiding principles and criteria for clinical service provision, clinical services reconfiguration and service priorities at both the city, Royal Park and the new Arden site.
• Guide RMH stakeholder engagement into service planning, site modelling, influencing the input to be innovative, future focused and positioning the RMH as a major partner in the Arden and Parkville precincts. 
• Ensure successful delivery of the key objectives of the planning project: including establishing the future economically sustainable service profile of the RMH and its programs and services, with a focus on capacity and innovation.
• Ensure new and evolving ways of working are a key part of the project focus and digital health and virtual health are key components of the plan.
• Drive the delivery of the masterplan for the Healthcare services of the future.
