Advanced Storeperson - Perioperative Services

The Royal Melbourne Hospital Perioperative Services is a brilliant team committed to working with all stakeholders to ensure excellent surgical outcomes for our patients and their families.

 

Working as part of a small team, your role will be to ensure our consumables are always delivered and available to help care for our patients.

 

Your new role:

  • Facilitating the incoming supply process
  • Applying a problem solving approach to ensure stock receiving and following up back orders are always accurate and up to speed 
  • Work closely with a number of stakeholders to ensure RMH Perioperative Services provides excellent patient care

About you:

  • Proven experience in a similar roles as a store person, stock or inventory controller. Perhaps you are from another industry and your inventory control analysis and experience will allow you to enter the Health industry in a Government job? 
  • Ability to manage stock flow across multiple IT/Stock control systems.
  • Proven experience stock take, scanning and auditing
  • A master communicator who is service driven to deliver great patient outcomes
