The Centre for Mental Health Learning (CMHL) is the central agency for public mental health workforce development (including lived experience workers) in Victoria, supporting access to quality, contemporary learning and development.  


A Job to Be Proud Of:


The CMHL Family/Carer Workforce Project Lead - Organisational Readiness/Student placement support, will work with the CMHL Consumer Workforce Project Lead position to facilitate project planning, codesign, model development, validation, and report writing in relation to organisational readiness, and support for lived experience workforces (LEW) student placements in mental health services.


Your Contribution:


You will be a passionate and committed individual who has:

  • Commitment to coproduction/codesign principles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder relationship building skills
  • Lived experience as a family member or carer of someone who has experience of accessing or trying to access publicly funded mental health service
  • Experience working in a dedicated family/carer lived experience role in Victoria
  • Understanding of the needs and issues for lived experience workers working in clinical and community mental health services
