The CMHL is recruiting Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse (PEN) Educators. These roles will collectively provide leadership and support for PENs (and will also include collaboration with other staff supporting PENs) working in Victorian public mental health services. In collaboration with the team, the roles will lead the planning, coordination, delivery and evaluation of PEN workforce learning and development activities across the lifespan of mental health service delivery.

 

Your Contribution:

  • You will be a passionate and committed individual who values collective contribution and works from a values-based and strengths approach
  • Registration as an enrolled nurse under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act (2009) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.Diploma in Nursing, or equivalent, including Board-approved qualification in administration of medicines.
  • Diploma in Nursing, or equivalent, including Board-approved qualification in administration of medicines.
  • Extensive Experiene in mental health sevices 
  • Strong understanding of workforce development needs, scope of practice and other issues relatred to the PEN workforce.
  • A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or working towards completion) and/or demonstrated industry experience in designing and delivering training
