As one of the largest health services in Victoria, and a team of more than 10,000 strong, we provide a comprehensive range of specialist medical, surgical, and mental health services; as well as rehabilitation, aged care, outpatient and community programs. We are a designated state-wide provider for services including trauma, and we lead centres of excellence for tertiary services in several key specialties including neurosciences, nephrology, oncology, cardiology and virtual health.  

 

Your Role:


In this role, you are responsible for the accurate registration of staff and community who present to the RMH Screening Clinics.

  • You will help us adapt and respond to the presence of COVID-19 in the community and keep our patients and staff safe
  • In return, you will be supported to maintain your safety and the safety of others

Your success in this role, will be in your ability to

  • Your ability to provide accurate registration of patients & staff who present to COVID-19 clinics. 
  •  Communicate effectively and promote a supportive team approach within the COVID-19 Screening Services
  •  Work under the direction and supervision of the Screening Team Leader’s and Screening Coordinator
  • Provide strong administrative support to the COVID-19 screening services team
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare setting (desirable)

  •  Demonstrated team player with an ability to work as a team member in a multidisciplinaryenvironment
  • Understanding of and commitment to patient confidentiality 
  • Promote safety and are able to assist your team with early intervention for the management of behaviours
