Your new role:
- Deliver evidenced based occupational therapy assessments and interventions including functional assessments, sensory modulation, linking to meaningful occupation in the person’s own community.
- Work as a key clinician with a reduced caseload of complex consumers and their families/carers to promote mental health and wellbeing.
- Coordinate and capacity build multidisciplinary staff to support the utilisation of sensory assessments and interventions, promote safe consumer driving, and connect consumers to meaningful occupation and activities.
- Provide professional supervision and support to occupational therapy staff and students
About you:
- Experienced and passionate occupational therapists who want to actively support individual’s process of recovery.
- Looking for a team player who is eager to learn from and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
- A minimum of 7 years’ of relevant experience in clinical practice within the mental health field
- Capacity to provide, or develop skills in, integrated assessment, treatment and care for consumers with dual diagnosis
