Your new team
- The Elective Booking Office (EBO) is the key area responsible for the booking of a majority of elective admissions to Royal Melbourne Hospital and the administration and integrity of The Royal Melbourne Hospital Elective Surgery Waiting List (ESWL)
- Work closely with both medical and surgical units and under the guidence of the laiason team to ensure safe and timely care for Melbourne Health clients.
- Friendly and supportive team environment that encourages professional development
Your success in this role, will be in your ability to
- Assist in the mainantence and data integrity of the elective surgery waiting list
- Work in a busy environment and, at times, under pressure
- Deliver a professional and caring customer focused service
- Be committed to customer service, teamwork, and accurate data entry and maintenance
