As one of the largest health services in Victoria, and a team of more than 10,000 strong, we provide a comprehensive range of specialist medical, surgical, and mental health services; as well as rehabilitation, aged care, outpatient and community programs. We are a designated state-wide provider for services including trauma, and we lead centres of excellence for tertiary services in several key specialties including neurosciences, nephrology, oncology, cardiology and virtual health.
We are a caring, supportive, driven multi-disciplinary team who will welcome you and value your contributions as a Administration Officer. SUMITT is a specialist program of NorthWestern Mental Health (NWMH), providing high quality services to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders to a range of clinical mental health and youth homelessness service in north-western metropolitan Melbourne.
The position is based at 362 Bell St Pascoe Vale South.

Your success in this role, will be in your ability to
- Use Microsoft Excel and Access to maintain SUMITT information
- Enter data into CMI
- Upload client documents into individual's electronic medical records
- Organise meetings and take minutes
- Support clinical staff
